United Trailers 28' Gooseneck triple Axle Car Hauler / Construction Trailer

Car hauler that I've been using for my construction business. The storage drawers can go or stay. Whichever the buyer wants. This heavy duty gooseneck is a 3 axle (I believe it's 24k, 8k per axle) 28ft (20ft down low and 8 ft above the gooseneck. Drawbridge style door. Winch works like it should. Interior led lights and winch run off of 2 marine batteries.
Comes with 2 load bars. One tire needs to be replaced (spare is on now), tire has a tear in it but, the other tires are good 12ply tires. The lights work but brakes seem to work intermittently. I looked underneath and looks good. I figured it's a wiring issue so I ordered a new 7 pin connector, box and wiring that can go with the trailer, I just haven't had time to get to it. The back door works, I just put new cables on it. It does have a bigger gap on one side than the other when closed. The back handles don't hold the door when traveling. I just use straps on the inside, see in the pictures.
